My first real blog entry! How exciting! We have been talking about a blog for a while and to see it come to life is great. Earlier today, I had my first live chat and it was great fun! Thanks to everyone that joined in (and good questions! Even one in Swedish!). If you didn’t get a chance to be on, don’t worry – I’ll let you know when the next one will be.
Right now I am in West Palm Beach getting ready for the ADT Championship. I am glad that I qualified for the last minute at this tournament! I was happy with the tournament in Alabama last week. I feel like I was very consistent throughout the four rounds and it got me in a position to be here.
This week’s event really is the highlight of the year! It is great to be a part of this elite field and the folks here take very good care of us. I have done well here in the past and I really like Donald’s course. It is a challenging course, so it is great for a year-end tournament. I got here on Tuesday and I’ve gotten in a couple practice rounds so I have a good feel for the course. Hopefully, I can carry that into the tournament.
A lot is at stake this week.
There is a million dollars on the line and we don’t get a chance that
often to play for that large of a purse. It is just exciting to
be playing and feeling competitive again. Last year, I didn’t
make the weekend so I look forward to improving on that!

Annika-I thought it would be cool to be one of your first commentors as I am an avid fan of your's and the LPGA. Take it to the youg gun's in round 2 of the ADT, so we can watch you on the weekend. Cheers
