Aloha,
It’s the eve of
my first tournament of the year and I am excited to be here in Hawaii. I have
not played a tournament on the islands for several years, and therefore I am
glad to be back.
My offseason was
fantastic. I had plenty of time to rest and charge my batteries, and I’m ready
for a big ’08. It’s all about the preparation and I feel like am ready physically
and mentally. The SBS Open has a solid field, with many of the top 10 players
entered, and I think everybody is excited to get going again.
My predication
is that this season will be a memorable one. I am playing a full schedule and I
can’t wait to tee it up!

I am so glad to see you back out there! I am hoping you'll be playing in the tourney at the GINN resort in Orlando in April (17-20). My marching band (from Massachusetts) is going down there to play at Disney, and I want to sneak away and see you and your colleagues play in person. It will be the first time I've ever been to a tournament!

Congratulations on your victory yesterday. I am so happy for you and so proud of you with all you went through last year. I hope this is the start of a great year for you. I have watched you play many rounds in person in Williamsburg, Virginia. I hope you are planning on playing there this year, because I always take most of the week off to go watch the tournament. Your win really makes me happy to see good things happen to such a sweet and good person. I hope Mike comes with you to Williamsburg, because I have a great story to tell you both. I met Mike years ago at Oaktree Country Club. I will tell you both in person there. Besides Annika I would love to have a picture with you. Take care, God Bless and all my best.
