Greetings from Sweden. Today, the first round of my tournament has started in the cold rain. At least yesterday was beautiful for the pro-am as our sponsors got to play. Rolex and Cutter & Buck have really been fantastic with their support of our tournament!
Today, I tee off at 12:50 local time (6:50am EST) and will do my best to stay warm and dry. These are the days when it really pays to have a great, experienced caddie like Terry! Lotta is playing this week as well and she's starting at 1:10. My dad is caddying for her, which should be funny. He's a fierce competitor as well so I'm sure he'll be good for her. Hi Annika,
I saw Lotta was on the entree list. And that caddie and player pairing should be very funny. I saw them both after your Dad caddied for her after the Ginn Open qualifier. Each one had a different take on how and why she played the way she did! :-)
Glad you are all spending some family time together in Sweden.

We are happy to see that Charlotta has joined you for your tournament in Sweeden. You Dad is a very nice man. We enjoyed being with them when Charlotta was in the qualifier for the Ginn. Of course, they were riding in a golf cart and we were walking so it ws hard to keep up! I suppose there are no golf carts for caddies today, so your Dad will really have to earn his keep. I hope Lotta tips well! Please say hello to your Mom and Dad for us. They are great people.

An opening round 66 is a good omen, even the adverse conditons, if I remember correctly.

Annika, really appreciate the updates through this blog. Just so neat to be able to get a glimpse of what's going on in Annika's world of golf. Without this blog, I would have missed this tournament.
