Congratulations to the Swedish team on their win in the World Championships! I am very proud of the group of girls we had leading our country to victory. I had a wonderful experience competing in this championship when I was younger. We played in New Zealand in 1990 and then Vancouver in 1992. Well done girls!

Where was the Championship played? Sweden? US? Did some of these girls attend the Annika Cup?

The Championship took place in Adelaide Australia. These three girls are a few years to old for the ANNIKA Cup, but one of them is a previous winner of the ANNIKA Collegiate experience.
