Tomorrow....

ADT2Good evening.  I am ready to hit the hay after a frustrating day on the course. I hit 14 greens and rolled it nicely, but they just didn't want to fall.  I managed to birdie a couple towards the end of my round to salvage the day.  I really don't think I can hit it much better and I hope to be rewarded for that eventually!!!

Mike and I had a nice evening and dinner with my agent, Mark Steinberg.  We caught up on a lot of business topics, which was nice.  I look forward to getting more out of my round tomorrow!!  Good night.

Relax, relax, relax. Saw your lessons on TV, "stress free golf" from those lessons has helped me the most, can get you through Friday in fine shape I believe. The only way your muscles can work. Relax, relax, relax.
As much as I want to watch you play golf on TV, you have said you want to start a family and that would be terrific. My wife and I have 3, as well as 4 grandkids. That means 7 people are on the planet who wouldn't otherwise be here. That's a great feeling, even though the Dad has much less to do with it.
Fitness - another thing I learned from your TV lessons. I'm in the best shape in the last 30 years. When I play golf, I stay in shape to play it now. At 72, I got down to 2 over for 9 the first time ever. You're a great inspiration just as you are. And go have those kids! There are some opportunities that won't wait. If we get you back on the tour, that will be icing on the cake. Or jettost on the knackbrod.

Hey Annika,

Don't worry about the first round. Your only two off the cut line. Relax and enjoy Friday play!

As easy as it is for me to say, and as difficult as I'm sure it is for you to do--just try and enjoy the day. Whatever the outcome, you are a true Champion and have shown true class as you step away from competition. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to have this type of format for your last competitive tournament, but just try to take it all in and file it away to enjoy later. You've been an inspiration to many, and your success has allowed you to touch many lives. You've shown class, grace, and sportsmanship and that's what everyone will remember about you. One tournament doesn't define you--a true Champion and someone to be admired. Best of luck. We'll all be watching and sending good karma your way.

Auhhh Annika,
You sure know how to keep us comin' back for more!! And we're DEFINITELY S T I L L here!!

I am heading to the tournament in a few minutes Annika. I know everyone appreciates every shot and we hope only for the best outcome. I appreciate your stepping in the water yesterday for that shot...the crowd was and is with you. Have a good day. Will wear my Annika Academy hat for support. Go get em!

Annika, I followed you Wednesday during the Pro Am, most of your round Thursday and you did hit the ball beautifully. So many close to the hole for birdies, the breaks just did not come for you. You are just fantastic!!! Your fans are so proud of you. Yes, we wanted you to win, not for us, but for you. We will continue to follow you in your endeavors. We wish you well in all of them.

Thanks for showing so much appreciation for your golf fans. You stopped long enough for us to get photos, autographs, and a few words of exchange. You are one classy person!

Hey Annika - just wanted to say "thanks" for so much you have given all of us - when I was in my 30's, I struggled with an illness that took away my much beloved fitness and vitality - I resigned myself to not being able to be physically fit again, to always having pain. When I saw you golf and as we followed your amazing career, it inspired me to join my wonderful husband on the links in my 40's more regularly and as time went by, I discovered a great passion for the game and the ability to break 90 and to be able to walk 18 holes 3 days in a row when prior I couldn't walk around the block without pain and inflammation (thank goodness for hot baths, epsom salts and massages too!). In 2006, we made a special trip from Calgary, Alberta to see you play (a dream of ours) in the Open. You graciously signed an autograph for us and we came all that way just "knowing" that you were going to win that one! When I look at your autograph, it reminds me that good dreams can still come true for all of us if we are willing to try, to work at it, to enjoy the moment and, most importantly, to believe!

It was yesterday now. I sat on a hillside in the sun. The........thoughts full of the times. By the time it came to speak, all first that I could say was, "all the things that there are still to see". True, the wonder of the splendor of the quality of golf, but still, the foundation that speaks the very definition of wealth, from which those things arise. I might have said before, that for the splendor of the golf played, paled then still of grace. Virtu' All the best!

Excuse me, not exactly the place but an idea for Annika. Couldn't a club be private and public? Like three courses with the Championship Course the club course that can be qualified to play on from the two public courses? I'm not sure I've seen that before but it might be a good idea!
