Hello everyone. This is Mike and I thought I would check in. This is a busy week for us as the PGA Merchandise Show is in town. It is the biggest get together in the golf industry as everyone unveils their new products. Annika is at a cooking event tonight with Cutter & Buck and I'm home alone with the cats....unfortunately, they don't cook as well as their mama! Not being too handy in the kitchen means leftover pasta. Tomorrow night we have a dinner with Callaway. Then Thursday we'll be at the show with meetings and Annika's sponsor appearances most of the day. We have the AJGA, Callaway, the Golf Channel, Cutter & Buck, and then another dinner lined up. More of the same on Friday. It's good we're busy, so I won't get butterflies in my stomach for the Steelers until Saturday afternoon! Good night!
PS....this photo is the pizza I made at the US Women's Open last summer.
Geez, Mike....we could get you on the Food Channel with that masterpiece....

Hi Mike,
Nelson emailed me a menu that the three of them were hoping to share with you tonight. Fancy Feast White Meat Chicken Primavera In A Classic Sauce With Garden Veggies And Greens. I guess things didn't go according to plan...
Will you start wearing socks like your Dad's in the days to come? Or are you already wearing them?
All Paws Crossed! Go Steelers!!!

Mike:
Thanks so much for keeping us updated. As much as we like to hear about Annkika, it's really nice to know what you're up to as well. BUT, I gotta tell ya, being from Baltimore, I just can't root for your Steelers...I gotta go with Arizona. We'll see--the Steelers may end up like your pizza :-)

Mike,

Im a huge Browns fan, but i have to say, I think your steelers will come up big.....
have a good week
Sincerely

Mike:
Bet Eileen from Baltimore a pizza on the outcome of the game. If the Arizonas happen to win you will automatically have revenge....and don't let her claim "cruel and unusual punishment".
GO STEELERS!!!!!

Come on Buzz, that's just not fair :-) I already had to watch my Ravens loose to the Steelers, that's enough of punishment. But, I'll be Mike a pizza, better yet, a bushel of Maryland crabs--now that's a bet!!

Mike, We are going thru withdrawel not being able to cheer for Annika on the tour. It's just not as exciting for us. However, being from Western Pa. we are rabid Steelers fans. We also have butterflies waiting for Sunday. It will be intense watching the game, we can't even sit down during the game when our Steelers are playing. Here's hoping for a six-pack !!!

I wonder if Annika knows how to cook crabs?
Eileen seems like a good sport....maybe she'll include a favorite recipe with the bushel of crabs.
Sounds like a good bet to me, Mike.

Only one way to cook Maryland crabs--steamed with Old Bay seasoning (which I will gladly provide).
