ANNIKA Fragrance

As many of you know, we launched the ANNIKA Fragrance in May of 2009 through a licensing arrangement with S.A. Fragrances.  We were excited about the project and proud of the finished product. However, S.A. Fragrances have not fulfilled the contractual obligations set forth in our agreement. Therefore, it is with great disappointment that we tell you we have terminated our relationship with S.A. Fragrances.  We want to make it very clear that we are no longer associated with this group and they are no longer licensed to use Annika’s name or likeness, and may not sell any remaining inventory.

  

We hope that by being proactive now, it will be better for all of us in the long run. We appreciate the support of any retailers who have purchased our product for the purpose of resale.  Moving forward, you will still have the opportunity to sell the remainder of your inventory, though new orders legally cannot be refilled by S.A. Fragrances. Any remaining inventory will be sold on www.shopannika.com.

G54D I completely agree...sorry to hear about the lost relationship. This is the 'ugly' side of business. I would expect a solid company will step in and enter into a 'sure thing'. To have the opportunity to partner with the Annika brand is a no brainer...Good Luck!

the way I see it is that the ANNIKA Brand of businessES is unique and alive so ultimately partners will be of like substance.

We've seen from Miker & Annika how they're always looking at the big picture, long-time relationships that can be cherished while everyone benefits--business-wise and personally.
