Hello! I am back from wonderful visit to DC. Read about the highlights and check out some more photos here. It was great being up there and sharing the efforts of the ANNIKA Foundation, a cause I am clearly very passionate about.
Next on my agenda is an appearance at the N3L Optics store at the Mall at Millenia here in Orlando. Stop by if you can; I’ll be there tomorrow from 2:00-3:30 p.m. signing autographs and talking about the importance of proper eye-care and protecting your eyes on the golf course. I’m excited to see the different technology at the N3L Optics store and even getting a personal fitting done.
Luckily, the appearance is at the mall because I still have some Christmas shopping to take care of. The timing could not have been better! I imagine the mall will be very hectic with other holiday shoppers but I'm hoping it will also be festive and fun to be around the hustle and bustle. Who else still has shopping to do? The 2009 59 Red is comprised of 64 percent Syrah from the Marina and Hayes Block in Livermore Valley, with 30 percent Cabernet Sauvignon from the Smith Block in Livermore Valley and the Napa Valley Block, 3 percent Petite Sirah from the Ghielmetti Block, and 3 percent Barbera from the Smith Block in Livermore Valley to boost the structure of the wine mid-palate while big tannins carry the diverse flavors of wild blackberry, plum, mocha, and hints of chocolate and toffee from barrel aging through the mouth. The wine was aged in a combination of new American, Eastern European, French, and neutral oak and aged for 16 months.

Hi from Washington, DC! It's been a whirlwind of a day...and it's not nearly over! We still have a lot to accomplish. We are meeting with Congressional leaders to share the work of the Annika Foundation and all we stand for.
